What is the parking situation?
Parking is available on-site at both locations, spacious enough for you and your clients alike. Accessible parking spaces are also available and are wheel-chair friendly.
Can I set up a business address in Franklin County at your location?
Yes. We have two locations, Kennewick and Richland, and you can set up a business address or mail services at either one. We offer mail pickup or mail forwarding depending on your needs.
Do you allow daily conference room rentals?
Yes. We have conference rooms available at both locations, and the daily rental fee is $100/day. If you are a member and would like to use your company hours, the daily rental is 5 company hours.
Are short-term contracts available?
Yes. Your personalized plan includes your choice of contract length. We offer month-to-month as well. Our pricing is based on a 6-month contract, so it may be subject to change.
Do you allow same day rentals or walk-ins?
Does your workspace have reception services?
Yes. Each location has an in-office receptionist from 9am-4pm.
